By Air: The closest airport to Chitwan is the Bharatpur airport which is some 10 kilometers from Chitwan National Park. On getting to the airport you can hire a taxi or use a bus to get to your desired destination.

By Train: Unfortunately, there are no railway connections to Chitwan in Nepal, however, you can take a standard gauge that connects to Gorakhpur in India. From Gorakhpur taxi or bus to the Sunauli border and then by road to Chitwan.
