I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful trip that you planned for us in Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. The itinerary was well planned and executed flawlessly. We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful landscapes and experiencing the local culture. Your team was very professional and accommodating throughout the trip. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We appreciate all the efforts that you put into making this trip a memorable one for us. What impressed me the most was the availability of your team members, Mr Suman Singh. You were always ready to answer my questions, solve any issues, and make sure I was comfortable and happy. You went above and beyond your duty to make me feel special and valued. You are a true professional and a wonderful person. The driver, Dilip Bagalri (ML05Z5938), was also a great driver. He drove very safely and made the journey pleasant. Once again thank you for your excellent service. We look forward to planning our next trip with you. Sincerely, Pratik Dawada
