Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple is located at an altitude of 13,123 feet in the beautiful land of Sikkim situated on the road passing between Nathu La and Jelepla Pass, at a distance of 64km. This is not a religious temple, it is a tribute to Baba Harbhajan Singh by his army persons because Baba Harbhajan Singh was a soldier. It is said that till today the spirit of a soldier protects the Himalayas border. It said that every person visiting the Nathang Valley has to pay their respects to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir.

Points to remember
Required permits: The temple comes under the protected area you need to have a permit to apply for a day before the trip and visitors have to submit ID proof and two passport-size photographs.
Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit is from April to June and from September to November. During these months, the weather is relatively pleasant and the roads are more accessible.

How to Reach From Gangtok
By Car/Taxi:
Hire a taxi from Gangtok. The temple is about 54 kilometres (33 miles) from Gangtok, and the adventure takes about 3-4 hours depending on road conditions.
Ensure you hire a car with an allowance, as you will be visiting a protected area. Permits will be issued by the travel companies.
