Buddha Park

Buddha Park is one of the main attractions in Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsa. The park features an evident 130-foot-high statue of Gautam Buddha as its centerpiece. This huge park is part of the Rabong Gompa, a 100-year-old religious complex and important pilgrimage centre. There is a huge prayer hall inside the park and a Museum meditation centre open for everyone to meditate. The museum tells the life and journey of Gautam Buddha. The beautiful statue was dedicated by the Dalai Lama in 2013, telling the 2550th birth anniversary of Gautama Buddha.
