Kiomoi offers a trip to the Daksha Mahadev Temple with Haridwar Tour Packages. The Daksha Mahadev Temple is situated at Kankhal Nagar close to Haridwar, Uttarakhand is a devout and historically respected Hindu temple to Lord Shiva. The temple has a first-rate mythological significance as the legend of Dakshayajna is associated with it for miles.

According to Hindu mythology, Sati Devi’s father, King Daksha, organised a tremendous sacrifice (sacrificial ritual) but did not invite Lord Shiva. Despite that, Sati is deeply humiliated by her father’s brush which she positioned after her husband while he attended the sacrifice. Overcome with grief and shame, he burned himself inside the sacrificial fireplace.

Enraged over the loss of Sati’s existence, Shiva sent his formidable Virabhadra to interrupt the sacrifice. Assistance, with the assistance of Siva, Daksha became forgiven and revived, and the sacrifice ended with due reverence to Siva.

Situated at the banks of the river Ganges, the potent temple supports tranquil surroundings, attracting hundreds of devotees, especially at a time throughout the Mahashivratri pageant and initially Shivling, with devoted smaller temple deities within the temple complex.

The sacred lake close to the temple is assumed to be a purification abode. The Daksha Mahadeva Temple stands as a document of devotional mythology and an image of spiritual comfort, making it a primary vacation spot for devotees from throughout India.
