KANDY TEMPLE: It is the home of the Sinhala king called as the temple of tooth built in the sacred city of Kandy. This relic is recognized as a pious monument and has political importance in society.
ANCIENT CITY OF SIGIRIYA: This palace is made up of rocks and that is why tourists refer to it as the rocky outcrop of King Kassapa’s palace. The main attraction is the lion rock amongst the remains of the palace and forts.
