By Train: Naharlagun railway station in Arunachal Pradesh is the nearest to its state’s capital, Itanagar. After reaching Naharlagun, visitors can take state and private buses to reach Itanagar. Alternatively, another option is to hire a taxi from here.
By Air: If you want to fly to Arunachal Pradesh, you have two options: Lilabari Airport in North Lakhimpur and Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, both located in Assam. Lilabari Airport is the closest to Itanagar, the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh.
