Built in the center of Rudrasagar Lake, Neermahal is a breathtaking water palace found in the northeastern Indian state of Tripura. Built by Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya between 1930 and 1938, it was the royal family's summer home. Neermahal's architecture is a singular fusion of Mughal and Hindu forms, with elaborate decorations, arched gateways, and opulent pavilions.

The palace was split into two areas: public events and concerts were held in the eastern portion, which was designated for the royal family, and private parties in the western area, known as the Andar Mahal. The palace is a lovely place, especially after sunset, because to its advantageous location in the lake, which produces an enchanting reflection on the water and enjoy the beautiful pictures here.

The distance between Neermahal and Tripura's capital, Agartala, is around 53 kilometers. To enhance the experience, guests can take a boat ride across the lake to get to the palace. Its historical significance and tranquil beauty make it a popular tourist destination in Tripura.
