Puri Jagannath Temple which is situated in Puri, Odisha is a famous Hindu pilgrimage destination dedicated to Lord Jagannath, a Krishna incarnation. Every year during the Ratha Yatra (chariot festival) at the temple, large wooden chariots filled with the gods are carried through the streets of Puri.

The high structure of the temple called the "Shikhara," which rises to a height of roughly 65 meters (214 feet), is one of its most remarkable architectural features. Its enormous dome and intricately carved walls make this amazing spectacular example of Kalinga-style construction. The temple complex is encircled by a high wall and has four main entrances that symbolize the four cardinal directions where visitors can click photos.

The three visually arresting, huge, and spherical deities of the Jagannath Temple are what give it its unique image: Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra. These gods are the centre of many religious rituals held all year long, and they are dressed in ornate and colourful costumes.

Puri Tour Packages allow you to experience the temple's magnificence, which is a profound symbol of devotion and cultural pride in Odisha, together with its vibrant festivals and significant religious legacy.
