Located 8 kilometres from downtown Gangtok, Tashi Viewpoint offers travellers a glimpse of the majestic Sinilochu and Kanchenjunga Hills. The hobby of the place dates back to its creation using King Tashi Namgyal of Sikkim from 1914 to 1963 as a source. Built with the help of a Sikkim-based tourism enterprise, the strategically located Tashi Viewpoint Bojoghari offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himalayas with a restaurant and sheds aspect the view, this region is also an extremely good picnic spot for locals and foreign visitors.
