Phuentsholing: Phuentsholing is the administrative capital of the district of Chukha in the Kingdom of Bhutan. This is a border town that is near the town of Jaigong in India. Being the second-largest populated town in Bhutan, and so near the Indian border, the economy is thriving in this town, giving visitors a good mix of both ancient ways of living and a modern lifestyle. This town is easily accessible by bus from the Indian cities of Siliguri and Kolkata.
Bumthang: The Bumthang district in the Kingdom of Bhutan is the historic and religious epicenter of the country. In this district, you can find some of the oldest and most beautiful monastery-fortresses and temples.
Jakar: Jakar or Chamkhar is located in the foothills of Chokhor Valley. This central Bhutan’s district is one of the principal trading centers of the area.
