How to Reach Jowai from Guwahati 

By Road: Reach Jowai from Guwahati by road in the most convenient way. A distance of 140 km with the journey taking about 5 to 6 hours dependent on road conditions. Drive to Jowai is possible with a private taxi that can be hired or shared using a taxi. Alternatively, reach Jowai by driving on the bus from Paltan Bazaar in the city of Guwahati. 

By Train: If you prefer train travel, then the nearest railway station is Guwahati Railway Station and from Jowai one can reach up to this station either by hiring a taxi or bus from the railway station.
