Sohpetbneng Peak, often referred to as the "Navel of Heaven", is a sacred mountain close to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya in northeastern India At approximately 1,344 meters (4,409 feet) above sea stage, the mountain has a unique secular significance for the Khasi human beings tribe.

How To Reach
To reach Sohpetbneng Peak, drive from Shillong towards the
Umiam Lake, then take the road towards Mawlai. Continue on this route until you reach the village of Lumdiengjri. From there, follow the signs and hike to the peak, which offers stunning views and cultural significance.
