By Bus: There are plenty of buses in the city that will drop you off near Ugratara Temple. There are city buses and local buses that go to nearby areas of the temple. Generally, depending on the type of bus, between INR 30 and INR 100. About half an hour to an hour, depending on where you are starting from and the volume of traffic.
By Train: The distance between the train station and the Ugratara Temple is roughly 5 km. You can then travel to the temple in a local auto-rickshaw or cab from there. Depending on where you are leaving from, there are different train routes to Guwahati. Upon arriving at the station, the autorickshaw or cab ride to the temple takes approximately fifteen to thirty minutes. The cost of an autorickshaw is between INR 100 to INR 150, whereas that of a taxi is roughly INR 150 to INR 200.
By Flight: About 25 kilometres separate from Ugratara Temple and the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport. Your departure location will determine how long the flight takes. To get to the temple by cab, it takes 45 minutes to an hour from the airport. From the airport, taxi fares start at INR 1,000 and go up to INR 1,500.
