Guwahati Zoo which is also known as the Assam State Zoo is also called a Botanical Garden that is located in the heart of Guwahati Assam. This zoo was established in 1957 and is situated within the scenic Hengrabari Reserve Forest which covers an area of about 432 acres. Approximately 900 animals and around 113 species of birds can be witnessed here. How To Reach
